Keep the council boundary in the Oxted enquiry.
Limpsfield, Hurst Green, Tandridge village, Godstone, Lingfield and Woldingham sit in Tandridge district. Edenbridge is in Sevenoaks district in Kent. The exact property address keeps the conservation and planning checks with the right authority.
Around Oxted, a station name cannot establish conservation status. Use the mapped boundary, listed record and any relevant direction for the actual house.
